Optimal Model for Tour Route Considering the Multimodal Transportation

The tour route planning has become an important issue in the tourism traffic planning. Considering the influence of the transportation mode and the different kinds of scenic spots to the tourism experience, the function of the tourism experience utility which was composed of tourism activity utility and travel utility was proposed. Then, the optimal model of the tour route planning was established based on not only the tourism experience utility but also the time and cost budget constraints. The algorithm to acquire the optimal solution was given, and the feasibility of the method was confirmed by the example of the tourism transport network. Finally, the model of the optimization tour routes was analyzed when the parameters of tourism experience utility were given different values. The results showed that the optimal tour routes could better correspond to the different tour demands of tourists.
