Analysis of the transverse distribution of the micro-strip line capacitance

摘要

Analysis of the capacitance distribution over the cross-section of the micro-strip line is considered. The calculations were carried out using a finite element method after conformal mapping of the considered area. The results obtained allow calculating the capacitance in the cross-section of the unit length micro-strip line (discrete) on the top and bottom surfaces and edges of the micro-strip line.
