摘要

A novel drug sustained release system assembled from acetyl cysteine functionalized polymethylvinylsiloxane through multiple hydrogen bonds was synthesized in this work for the first time. Its performance in the field of controlled release of anti-cancer drugs would also be measured. Differences from former reported systems in its porperties would be certified based on the data of diverse measurements. Its good release performance will affirm its promising future use in controlled release of anti-cancer drug.
