摘要

We have developed polyurethane scaffolds with different mechanical properties and similar physical properties. The release profile of SDF-1 from each scaffold showed an initial burst release followed by a small sustained release. Scaffold modulus and delivery of SDF-1 affected different aspects of wound healing in healthy and diabetic rats.
