摘要

A novel supramolecular brush PHEMA-g-(PCL-A:U-PEG) copolymer has been successfully sythesized. Benefiting from their amphiphilicity and molecular recognition, it could self-assemble into stable micelles in aqueous solution. These supramolecular brush copolymer micelles exhibit good DOX-loading capacity and are capable of releasing DOX inside the cells to yield significantly enhanced drug efficacy. Thus, PHEMA-g-(PCL-A:U-PEG) can be served as a kind of safe and efficient drug delivery carrier in the future.
