摘要

MG-63 cells were more sensitive to the raw SWNTs, while SWCNTs-OH and SWCNTs-COOH were biocompatible to the cells relatively. On the molecular level, the SWCNTs-COOH nanotubes can prominently enhance the expression of a integrin and type Ⅰ collagen, suggesting a promotion to the cell attachment and the osteoblastic differentiation. This study provided scientific evidences to better reveal the underlines of functions of carbon nanotubes in bone regeneration.
