Differentiation of the mouse embryoid body cells towards neural lineage on octadiene-allylamine plasma polymer gradients

We have shown that mEB cell attachment, proliferation and differentiation towards the neural lineage is dependent on the ratio of octadiene to allyl amine plasma polymer on the gradient, demonstrating that surface chemistry can influence on the cell fate.
