摘要

We have demonstrated that the present culture method by osteogenic (FGF+) medium can enhance the differentiation of MSCs and the peak of differentiation of MSCs cultured in osteogenic (FGF) appears earlier than that of MSCs cultured in normal method. MSCs treated in the present osteogenic (FGF+) medium should be a useful cellular source which could be combined with various bone substitute scaffold materials for bone regeneration.
