摘要

In this study, we prepared biomimetic hydrogels conjugated with RGD peptide and bFGF with enzyme triggered method. Furthermore, we fabricated anisotropic micro-patterned hydrogel to promote the vascularization of endothelial cells. Our results suggest that, these hydrogels with incorporated bFGF and micropattern grooves can be potentially utilized as a bioactive substrate to regulate HUVEC behaviors.
