Fabrication of PLGA/HA microsphere with an unique dense core -porous shell structure by s/o/w emulsion method

摘要

In this paper, PLGA/HA composite microsphere with an unique dense core-porous shell structure was successfully fabricated by s/o/w emulsion method. The formation mechanism of the hierarchical structure was investigated and this micro-sphere may have a good protential for bone repair scaffold.
