Biocompatibility and Biodegradability of PPDO-PTMEG Multiblock Copolymers

摘要

The L929 fibroblasts culture experiments indicate that PPDO-PTMEG multiblock copolymers possess good biocompatibility, especially the samples with more PTMEG segments. The in vitro degradation results showed that the degradability of copolymers decreased with the increase of PTMEG content.
