摘要

Porous, flexible, asymmetric PLGA membranes could be obtained by leaching PEG from PLGA/PEG blends of defined composition. The size and distribution of pores in the membranes depended on PEG molecular weight. In vitro experiments show that the membranes specifically support cell adhesion, proliferation and differentiation, what is of key importance in future applications of the membranes in GTR technique in periodontology.
