Characteristics and control release of ReoPro and ALA drugs for dual drug-eluting stent

Hydrophilic ReoPro was successfully coated on metal substrate using PVA emulsifier and PLGA polymer solution. The current work demonstrated the efficacy of ReoPro and ALA as inhibitors of neointimal hyperplasia and platelet adhesion. Our strategies of polymer coating may be useful in delivering multiple drugs from DES at a controlled manner.
