摘要

We have successfully integrated pH and thermo-sensitivity into PVCL-based polymers. The cloud point of the copolymer can be tuned from 29 to 64 by changes of solution pH from 2 to 7.4. These functional PVCL polymers were successfully deposited on Si wafers using LBL method and loaded with anti-inflammatory drug. Drug release from these films was shown to be affected by pH. A more detailed study of the properties of these responsive films and therapeutic efficacy of the released drug is currently underway.
