摘要

Disassemblable micelles were successfully synthesized based on the reduction-degradable PAA-g-PEG amphiphilic graft copolymers, PEG-b-PAA-b-PEG triblock copolymers and complex copolymer. The micelles have shell-core structure that can encapsulate anti-cancer drug, DOX, in the hydrophobic core with drug loading content up to 40%, partly benefitted from the π-π conjugate of DOX with phenyl in the hydrophobic main chain of the copolymer. such micelles itself also has good biocompatibility and more better tumor killing effect.The graft polymers have better performance contrst to the triblock polymers and complex copolymers. Therefore, we believe that this kind of materials have good prospects in the loaded-drug for cancer chemotherapy, and offers a new direction as multifunctional drug carriers in intracellular targeted drug delivery.
