Multifunctional Polymeric Drug Loaded Nanoparticles as Tumor Imaging and Therapy

摘要

We developed tumor-targeting and drug deliverying nanoparticle for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer. These nanoparticles could be attractive in the future nanomedicinal development of multifunctional vesicles for simultaneous targeting imaging, drug delivery and real time monitoring of therapeutic effect to treat human prostate cancer and other diseases.
