摘要

This is the first study to focus on neurite bridging and microspheres as scaffolds supported by hydrogel, in contrast to previous studies that briefly mentioned bridging between microspheres or used microspheres as drug delivery vehicles in scaffolds. Furthermore, the neurite guidance cue found in the form of continuous surfaces is different from currently reported ones. This study provided a solution to PHBV microspheres' critical lack of neuronal bridging, improving their utility in neural tissue engineering.
