Osteoinductive nanofibrous grafts for bone tissue engineering

摘要

The nanofibrous PLLA/Col scaffold mineralized with 1 cycle of Ca-P treatment was shown to be an effective osteoinductive scaffold, which could induce the osteogenic differentiation in vitro in the absence of solube osteogenic factors and formed ectopic bone at a very early time point in a subcutaneous implantation model.
