A novel system for removing etiologic factors from the blood stream: Drug-Navigated Clearance System (DNCS)

摘要

To prove our DNCS concept for the metabolic abnormality, we evaluated a navigator molecule, ProA-DexS, which binds both to the rarget pathoetiology substance and cell surface ligands. The specific increment of the cellular uptake of F-Ab by HepG2 cells were obseved in the presense of navigator in vitro, suggesting a possibility of DNCS for treating deseases with metabolic abnormality.
