pH-Triggered DNA delivery based on multilayer films of DNA polyplexes and charge-reversible PEI

摘要

We have demonstrated the construction of (DNA polyplexes/cPEI) multilayer films through LbL self-assembly. Hydrolysis experiment demonstrated that multilayer film was deconstructed in the acidic conditions and DNA polyplexes were released. The multilayer films could serve as alternative to local gene delivery system in the field of biomedical devices.
