Developing cardiac biofibers with microfabricated devices

Purkinje fibers are the most distal component of the cardiac conduction system, and there is a growing body of literature suggests that Purkinje fibers play an important role in ventricular arrhythmias. In this study, we aim at developing Purkinje fibers in vitro to serve as platforms for further study.
