摘要

Intervertebral disc degeneration is the main cause of low back pain that affects about 80% of the adult population. This study demonstrates that the combination of a porous nanofibrous scaffold, MSCs, TGF-β1, and hypoxia provides an advanced microenvironment to facilitate nucleus pulposus regeneration.
