摘要

Novel PEGylated polyplexes were sucessfully constructed via host-guest interaction and improved the stability. Due to the photoisomerization of Az, PEG shell was detachable inside the cells under 365nm light irradiation, which was favable to promote the gene release for high trnasfection.
