Foreword

摘要

This volume collects the proceedings of the workshops held on August 26, 2013, in conjunction with the 11th International Conference on Business Process Management (BPM 2013), which took place in Beijing, China. The proceedings are so-called post-workshop proceedings, in that the authors were allowed to revise and improve their papers even after the workshops, so as to take into account the feedback obtained from the audience during their presentations.
