摘要

Human Factors Engineering Verification and Validation(HFE V&V) evaluations comprehensively determine that the human system interface(HSI)design conforms to HFE design principles and that it enables plant personnel to successfully perform their tasks to achieve plant safety and other operational goals. During the design of main control room digital human system interface of CPR1000 nuclear power plants, HFE V&V is taken as an important means to eliminate design defects and improve the design. This paper describes the HFE V&V activities of human system interface design of main control room in CPR1000 nuclear power plants. Through typical HFE V&V case, the paper summarizes the whole HFE V&V process done in CPR1000 power plant main control room human system interface design, including objective developing, HFE V&V methodology choosing. Based on the work experience of CPR1000 project, especially in LINGAO phase Ⅱ, this paper emphasis that there are three aspects need to pay more attention during HFE V&V process of new plant or plant with significant modification on main control room. They are: 1.Detailed objectives should be developed and defined in a systematic manner; 2.Choice of sufficient tester to act as operator during the HFE V&V; 3.Building of suitable Validation testbeds is important.
