摘要

Based on the general theory of the concrete filled steel tube(CFT),the investigation is presented on the analysis of the ultimate bearing capacity factors for large size square CFT. Compared with the curves of the short column axial compression of CFT in related literatures, the trend of the curves fit well, so the choice for the constitutive relation models of CFT and the basic assumptions are proved to be applicable for the large size square CFT. Under the same type of steel, by analyzing the influence of the steel tube wall thickness, the width to thickness of the builtin stiffener for the ultimate bearing capacity factor of large size square CFT and so on, the paper get the main influential factors.
