Research on the Control Right Allocation Patterns and the Corporate Performance of Chinese Private Listed Companies

摘要

This paper concludes 18 control right allocation patterns, and uses descriptive statistics and ANOVA of numerical descriptive statistics to find out that the best control right allocation pattern of Chinese Private Listed Companies with the highest corporate performance is pattern SbCMm.
