Aimed at the shortcomings of existing irrigation schedule,such as lack of full use of precipitation,especially lack of exercisable implementation,based on the theory of water balance,the crop' s on-line simulation model is proposed,then a real-time irrigation schedule is built in the paper.In the irrigation schedule the actual precipitation and soil moisture content are fully taken into accounting with the on-line monitoring weather data and soil moisture data.Then Java Language is used to develop the software for real-time irrigation management.The winter wheat is chosen for study,and some parameters are verified by the experiment.The method and program could realize real-time remote management and help use random precipitation effectively,and it is suitable for crops in North China.
