摘要

Three lightweight castables with different bonding system were prepared using lightweight mullite-silica rich glass composite as aggregate.The bonding systems were 6% Secar-71 cement,4% fused magnesia powder and 4% silica fume,and 6% p-Al2O3,respectively.Effects of the bonding system on the physical and thermal properties of castables were investigated.The results showed that castable with MgO-SiO2-H2O bonding system has bigger strength,hot modus of rupture,thermal shock resistance but lower refractoriness under load,bigger thermal conductivity and thermal expansion than castable bonded with Secar-71 and p-Al2O3.
