We constructed geological environment monitoring and early warning and forecasting system of Western-Henan mine, based on the Henan Geological Information Continuous Collecting and Operating System (HNGICS). This system includes four modules, such as data collecting and transmitting module, data storing and information management module, geological environment early warning and forecasting module, geological environment information publishing and decision support module. Taking the construction of mine geological environment monitoring and early warning and forecasting system, Luanshi Ditch, Zaoxiang Gully for example, the system determined the contents of monitoring for the gully geological environment based on the terrain and geological condition, deformation characteristics and observation conditions of deposited and collapse of Luanshi Ditch, Zaoxiang Gully. And the deformation monitoring system of hazard points was established on the base of Henan Geological Information Continuous Collecting and Operating System (HNGICS). Then, we can achieve the goal of disaster prevention and reduction. The system can also provide various real-time data to geological environment protecting of western-Henan mine, and play an important role in constructing digital mine, improving modernization degree of geological hazard crisis supervising, and promoting mine geological hazard information.
