In order to prevent damage of low light condition on tomato seedlings and increase qualities of seedlings in the facilities,three prescriptions with calcium as the main element had been developed and screened.The tomato plants sprayed distilled water in nature light and low light (427~516 μmol·s-1·m-2) were used as control N (CN) and control L (CL),and the other seedlings were sprayed with calcium prescriptions at the six-leaf stage.Results showed all three prescriptions reduced the adult plant's length,increased the stem diameter,and raised Pn of leaves.The prescription 1 is the best in alleviating the damage of low light on tomato seedlings,and the term of validity is about six days.
