When the temperature rises, the permafrost will begin to melt, if the melting rate is too fast, it will result in excess pore water pressure.The excess pore water pressure will be significantly changed the nature of the works of the permafrost.Problems caused by thawing settlement consolidation have become urgent engineering problems.Based on one-dimensional consolidation theory and heat transfer equations, finite element analysis model of typical subgrade and pavement structure of the seasonal frozen soil was established using the ABAQUS finite element software.Based on measured data, fitting to obtain the temperature boundary conditions for the numerical simulation of the temperature field.Its results as field variable conditions for the follow-up of subgrade melting settlement, providing the coupling calculation premise.We can easily draw the following conclusions: Subgrade construction resulted in the fact that the soil temperature under the center of the subgrade is higher than that of on both sides of embankment.Thawing settlement deformation curve embodies certain regularity, the curve shape is similar to the parabolic shape.Melting settlement basin curve can be fitted to quadratic polynomial by regression analysis, and the similarity between the fitting curve and the actual settlement curve is very close.
