摘要

For the design and development problems about intelligent Manufacturing Execution System of tungsten powder processing,the difficulty in the manufacturing execution management is pointed out combining Tungsten powder process flow.Goal of the system is analyzed and its main function is designed.Collaboration as the core,integrated system architecture is established from three aspects of system function,time and space.The physical data model is designed by using PowerDesigner,the manufacturing execution system is developed based on JSP.Through practical enterprise application,it is proved that the system immensely enhance the manufacturing execution management level for the Tungsten powder processing enterprise.
机译:针对钨粉加工智能制造执行系统的设计开发问题,结合钨粉工艺流程指出了制造执行管理中的难点。分析了系统的目标,设计了其主要功能。以协作为核心,从系统功能,时间和空间三个方面建立了集成的系统架构。使用PowerDesigner设计了物理数据模型,基于JSP开发了制造执行系统。通过实际的企业应用,证明该系统极大地增强了系统的功能。钨粉加工企业的生产执行管理级别。
