Waller Creek Tunnel Project Overall Coordination and Commissioning

The Waller Creek Tunnel Project is currently under construction in downtown Austin, Texas. The City of Austin is the owner of the project which has a total estimated construction cost of $101 million. Joe Pantalion, PE is the Program Director and Gary Jackson, PMP is the Project Manager with the City of Austin. Brian Reis has served as the manager of design since 2006 with assistance from Nieves Alfaro and Dorian French.
