Japan Broadcasting Corporation (NHK) has developed an Ultra High Definition Television system that has 16 times the number of pixels compared to High Definition Television, with the hope that it will be the next-generation broadcasting standard. A practical to use camera, a compressed flash memory recorder, and a nonlinear editorial system with a color grading processor have been developed to realize an efficient production workflow.
