Background Image Generation Using Spatio-temporal Fluctuation Based on Amount of Characteristic Pixel Value

A background image is useful for various dynamic picture image enhancements. However generation of a background image from some dynamic picture image having many moving objects is difficult. When a pixel at one coordinates on the time axis is analyzed, a dynamic picture image has a feature what pixel value is stability in the background frames and a feature what pixel value is sharp fluctuation in the moving object frames.
