摘要

The nanographene films were directly deposited on the glass substrates without any metal catalyst by using CVD method. The crystalline size of as-deposited the nanographene film is about 15 nm. The crystalline size is reached up to about 23 nm with treatment thermally in the quartz tube at 300 ~ 500°C. In this study, we observed that nanographene can be grown directly on glass as well as the crystal size of nanographene can be controlled.
