摘要

Novel orange phosphors (Cai-x-y,Eux,Mny)SiO3(SiO_2)n have been developed by combinatorial synthesis, which is an effective method for searching for new phosphors. Synthesized phosphors have acicular particles and show an orange luminescence with a peak wavelength at 600 nm under near-UV excitation. The phosphors are suitable for high-color rendering white LEDs.
