Phase-shifting digital holography is a convenient method to measure displacement and strain distributions. To simplifythe optical setup is required for producing more compact equipment. In this paper, a calibration method using a samplingmoire method for phase-shifting digital holography with multiple imaging devices is proposed. It is, however, difficult tofind the corresponding points on the each reconstructed images taken by each imaging sensors. A 2-D grating referenceplate is used. The two-dimensional (2-D) phase map of the 2-D grating pattern can be analyzed accurately.
