A SIMULATION STUDY OF BANKING OPERATIONS AT A BRANCH

This paper presents the results of a simulation study of banking operations at a local credit union branch as part of an ongoing project focused on application of analytical methods and technology in service design and operations management. The project was conducted by two students under the supervision of a faculty member at the College of Business, University of West Florida.
