This study focuses on radio frequency identification (RFID) initiatives and the revalidation of these results using the Charles Voegele and Vail Resorts case studies. This empirical study tests the ability of information technology (IT) infrastructure integration and supply chain process integration to moderate the relationships between the perceived importance of adoption attributes and operational efficiency and market knowledge creation.
