Through the theoretical analysis, this research will propose a conceptual model to represent the interaction among knowledge sharing, innovation capability, and job performance. It will use empirical studies to examine the contents of knowledge sharing and its interaction with the innovation capability of different organizational forms and the relationship between innovation capability and performance. We discuss the theoretical and practical implications of these findings in the organizational context.
