Study on the Organizational Factors in Civil Aviation Safety

In recent years, human factor researches show that the organization factors have become key factors for civil aviation enterprises to improve safey. Only by finding out the potential errors and working out the precautionary air safety programmes on the organizational level, the accident rate be expected to decline substantially. Based on the appropriate classification of the organizational factors, the research analyses the impact of organizational factors on safety from the perspectives of resource management, process management, organizational atmosphere, and organizational supervision. Besides, the relevant data obtained through questionnaire is analyzed using SPSS 13.0 software. With the aid of AMOS 17.0 software, this research establishes a Structural Equation Model analyzing impact of organizational factors on safety, and observes the impacting degree and mechanism of the factors.
