A multi-objective emergency resource scheduling model with transportation capacity constraint is proposed to raise multi-depot emergency resources scheduling efficiency and reduce casualties and property losses. In the proposed model, the time-variation of casualties is considered, and the maximum amount of effective relief commodities is the first objective. And the minimum transportation cost for emergency resources scheduling is also an important objective. During practical emergency rescue, multiple transportation means and their cost and capacity are main constraints. Moreover, the distribution of emergency in different depots influences strongly the scheduling of emergency resources. All of this has been discussed in the proposed model, and it is verified by an example. Experiment indicates that the proposed model is coincident with the practical emergency rescue.
