The core competitiveness of the manufacturing enterprises is the product designing and manufacturing, but its logistics is also important part; logistics cost in the manufacturing enterprises account for a large proportion in total costs. The enterprises can adopt common logistics to reduce their costs, obtain "the third profit source"; In this paper, uses the value of shapely theory in game theory, studies the "inventory - transport" cost and benefit distribution in the manufacturers' common logistics network.
