摘要

A complete set of ultra-long focal length measurement system based on the principle of Talbot effect and moire fringe technology has been developed. The numerical simulation is coded taking advantage of matlab. The errors deduced by errors of parameters of ultra-long focal length measurement is studied. And the focal length variance and fluctuation deduced by turbulence and wavefront of incident laser beam is studied.
