Study on Enterprises Activity Chain Optimization

摘要

This paper firstly states the basic content of enterprise activity and activity chain. Secondly it demonstrates the relationship of activity chain efficiency and costs as well as the determinations of activity chain efficiency, to illustrate the influencing factors of enterprises activity chain optimization, and to expound the relationship between activity chain and enterprise value promotion. Finally this paper states three principles of enterprise activity optimization, and presents the mentality of enterprise activity optimization. The author expects this study could offer assistances for enterprises which are weak in competitiveness and profitability.
