The housing price of Jinan is growing fast in resent years, concerned by the masses and urban policymakers. This text analysis data with the help of risk simulator, on account of the relevant data of 2001 to 2010 real estate development to carry on the reasonable analysis and mathematical model predicts, looking forward to provide reference for the related macro-control basis.
