摘要

The superheated steam temperature of a large scale generating unit has the characteristics of long time delay, strong inertial and time varying process, and a switching control experimental platform is designed baded on stair-like generalized predictive control. A large number of simulations in the lab and practical results in the power plant show that the control scheme has the high performance of small overshoot, strong robustness and short tuning time, also has good dynamic quality adjustment and control effectiveness. So it can realize undisturbed switching between GPC controllers and PID controllers.
