For a long time, due to the lack of a good airdrome tower control simulation training facilities and environments, the ATC controller trainees of both military and civil aviation are trained only by primitive simulation facilities and a short-time practice. Since the controllers' skills heavily depends on the quality of their training, it is crucial to develop new and more effective training methods.
